A Song is born inspiration?

Was the song [A Song is born] inspired, not really inspired, but written with the thoughts of what happened on September 11th?

I heard that it was somewhere.

I also want to know because one of my family members was in the second plane that hit the World Trade Center (Flight 175). So, hearing that this song was sort of for Sept. 11 would really change my opinion entirely.
