I have (as always) a question and (also as always) I'm sure if this is the right place to post is

We all know that one this forum a lot of people can make beautiful fanmade wallpapers, signatures and avatars/icons, right?

Now my question:

Which program do they use to make those walls? A paintshop program? And where can you download it?


because I wanna make walls - sigs and avatars my own
