I just got a reply from YA:
Thank you for writing YesAsia.com! Please kindly be informed that this item, “Guilty (ALBUM+DVD+ Poster)(Hong Kong Version)” will not come with a photo book as no information is provided by supplier. I don't know if I should cancel my order and buy the Korea version instead *sighs*
