How to rip Ayu DVD with PVs?

How to rip Ayu DVD with PVs? I don't want to rip the DVD as a whole and then have to cut it into parts, is there some nice software that would solve my problem? So that the output is several .avi PVs?

Also, how do I do it if I have an ISO file? Can I convert it into several .avi files with PVs?

If those two examples above aren't possible, what can I do?

Another thing - what software do you use for making screenshots? I want something that would make a screenshot at every second of the PV, preferably twice per second.
I used to have Screenshot Hunter which was really good but now I can't find it anymore.
