Ayu Paint-decorated Cars???

On and off we have seen various photos of Ayu (paint-decorated) cars. I'm curious to know:

1. Are Ayu cars only found in Japan??
2. Are Ayu cars "ONLY" owned by TA members?? in other words, could non-TA members own a Ayu cars??
3. Are there some car design companies or some sort of garages in Japan to do the Ayu paint-decorate business??
4. Or the car owners design their favorite layouts and hand it to the car design companies to do it for them??
5. Or the car owners DIY themselves??
6. How much would it be cost to paint-decorate a Ayu cars?? minimum cost?? average cost?? maximum cost??
7. Is it possible that Ayu cars could be made in overseas other than in Japan??

The bottom line is: If i own a Ayu car, it would be vvvvvvvvvveryyyyyyy cccccccccccooooooooooooooooooooollllllllllllllllll llllllll on the road!!!
