Especially with the sound that plays at the beginning that reminds me of a hearing aid sound~

more than a hearing aid, i'd said a disturbing sound to any ear, even more to a damaged ear... maybe they wanted to imply that not hearing well can be compared to hear that uneasy sound for a not hearing-impaired person.
