[request] good music program

humm, I am not very skillful with computers.. And i would need help.. I need a music program to cut some parts of songs (example, 1 minute of a song...)

I'm sorry, that may looks quite simple for some of you but i dont know how to do

Does any of you have a website where i can download, or... at least just a name of program? (free please)
