How do I get a concert ticket?

I am currently studying in the Oita prefecture in Japan and will be here over the Xmas/New Years break.

I plan on going to Tokyo during Winter Break. How do I get a ticket for her Countdown Live 2011-2012 show? Is it still possible or am I too late. How much would it cost?
