Same with my mother. She spent most of her life outdoors, as she loves gardening and things like that. But, she has always looked younger than her actual age. But, could they possibly look younger if they had spent more time indoors? Who knows.

I think it simply depends on the hair cut. I know that I looked a lot older when my hair was long, but now that its short I look a lot younger. When it was longer people would guess my age closer to what it was, thought they still though I was younger. Now, I get guesses that imply I'm still in high school. Ugh. But, when I first cut it short without a proper style people said I looked older.
