she's pretty short to begin with. so I believe Leslie used a certain photography technique (I can't remember what it's called) that makes the person photographed appear taller and longer....besides the platform heels she's wearing. for example, shooting upwards while being closer to the ground will give that illusion. I don't think the photo was altered, just some photography techniques used.
