Augmented Reality in PQ OS press?

Is the augmented reality feature available in PQ overseas press? Because I bought Party Queen CD only and it comes with the obi with the AR logo but there's nothing like a stage inside and it says that this is an identical copy like the one released in Japan

so it's not identical?
