Why is there no Blu-ray for AT 2007 (Tour of Secret)?

I am currently re-watching my DVD of ASIA TOUR 2007 A ~Tour of Secret~

Being used to high quality of Blu-ray discs, I was wondering why there is no BD release for AT 2007. Anyone knows why??
