There wasn't anything specific. Only the rumour that he and Ayu may be dating because of them sharing pics of the same ring on their hands on social media. But I think here at AHS people took this as friendship rings and not as commitment rings of any form.
I think he just got drunk and was scrolling through social media or reading some tabloids or something like this.
In any case, if I would be Ayu, I would be pissed and wouldn't think of it as cute in any way.
