I was just randomly listening to Moments and looking at the Memorial address album booklet simultaneously. A thought occurred to me: Memorial address is a really small album. I know that's not the remark of a supergenius, but it is about half the size, tracklist-length-wise, of all of Ayu's other albums. Do you think she should have waited until she had more songs to put on the album, or do you like it the way it is? And what about its lack of instrumental tracks and interludes?
I personally think Memorial address is charming and sophisticated the way it is. But the song "Moments" which came out after Memorial address, IMO, really suits the album. Judging solely by "GAME," "INSPIRE," and "CAROLS," it doesn't quite share the exact style of Ayu's upcoming album. But it has a really nostalgic, sophisticated edge to it, which I feel when l look at the Memorial address booklet and listen to certain tracks. In a semi-related, whimsical, hypothetical question, of the few tracks we have heard from Ayu's upcoming album, which do you think would make the best signature title track? So far I think she's done a great job at choosing a title track that really sets the mood for the given album. Each album has a different taste to it, and when I hear a song I can immediately pinpoint which album (in other words, which point in Ayu's career) it was from. Thoughts and friendly banter?
