In the Phils.:
You could try Tower Records. It's at the Glorrieta Mall in Makati City. But, their prices are ridiculously high... There's also one other CD shoppe that might sell some jpop CDs, but I forgot the name. It's mentioned in one magazine I have. I'll post it later. And, it's in the same mall as Tower.
