Thanks for your comments, volton and ChildOfXX. How about this?

Truly important and necessary
And the rest were mainly decorations

And I change "syukumei" to "shukumei".

And I feel like changing the phrase "That's all" to "That's what I say", because the Japanese phrase "Sore dake nano" is not so strong. How do you think about it?
