Because it's just so bland ... we have a whole range of vibrant, interesting and diverse cover images like &, forgiveness, Moments, INSPIRE and CAROLS which are just amazing, and then this hits us. It's just white, and has half her face on. Now this may be key to Ayumi's ideas and wishes for her imagery and creativity, but it just doesn't work for me. It's too similar to A Song is born (which I dislike with a passion), is totally sparse and bears no relation to the movie - it's the theme tune so you would have expected her to take on some of the ideas of that, maybe even dressing up (similar to Joan of Arc / Free & Easy theme) for it.

plus; i was expecting some purple in the cover too. heh
