same as what happened to my tommy heavenly6 cd. its so frustrating...i contacted them over and over and over. i haven't shopped with them very much since...but at the same time, they do offer os versions which are way cheaper than the japanese versions available on cdjapan. its a tough choice...crappy service and slow shipping, or higher prices?
