Well, whether if it's true that Ayu cried or not I'm not sure, but it's DEFINATELY true that this Eason guy is an idiot. And futhermore, I wouldn't blame Ayu if she DID get angry and upset. But rumors like this are a daily occurance in a star's life and I'm sure Ayu has heard worse and is used to it by now.

well it's tabloid news~ hk media just really love to make things bigger when they are not suppose to be.. although the lip sync part is very serious thing.. but still...

nonono.. ithink.. if ayu decide to go every city in asia next year and not go to hk for the ASIA tour.. THEN i will REALLY hate eason forever! and EVER!

This is the way HK newspapers and magazines to do in order to survive. Readers loves gossips, so the writers must try to dig in as many private things as possible. If they can't find anything interesting, they will make up stories to fill in the sheets of the magazines.

There is only one HK newspaper I will read --> mingpao... Even tho I find its quality is getting a bit lower as well recently. For the other stuff... I will just ignore them..

Just a note. I don't know who will actually see this -- but I went and watched the reports on Youtube, where Eason criticizes Ayu, and it's actually not done in a way that's ... demeaning or condescending or mean, at all.

In fact, it's done very respectfully, and he was just like, "Oh, I was just really surprised to see that she lip syncs. In HK it's looked down upon if someone lip syncs. But I don't think there's anything wrong about it. I was just like, "Oh, she lip syncs?" The way that she was moving was impossible for her to be able to be singing without a change of pitch. But I don't think there's anything wrong with that. Michael Jackson even lip syncs, it's normal." << Something along these lines.

I didn't get any sense of disrespect in his tone at all, honestly. He seemed to just be expressing his opinion. :\

Yeah, ayu fans who can speak Canto (e.g., me) should have been seen that interview. As I mentioned in the beginning when the "war" started, Eason didn't really talk about lip-sync in a disrespectful manner. The problem is.. he has been in HK entertainment industry long enough to understand that he can't express something that will definitely create a (negative) stir later on. HK newspaper/magazines reporters love making stories and make any negative incidents worsen. You may think that, "omg he can't even express himself?? This is a modern world!!" The truth is, when a person becomes an artist (esp in many Asian places such as Japan, HK, Taiwan), he or she must know that expressing some comments may have negative impacts on himself or other people. HK is a small place. Once you're on the headline (in terms of bad news), it will be stuck on you for at least a few days to probly a few years.

That is why Eason is responsible for some faults in this incidents. Of course, he's not that bad compared to those "insects"... Those three insects didn't go to the concert, yet they're so proud to say something like, "we're real, we ain't those foreigners who lip sync." To me this is pathetic. They've been in the music industry for almost 20 years, yet they (or that 蔡一智) talked like trash.

yes, i agree with you. i don't like how the grashopper just jump in and gave comments that they are not sure off. and the fact that they had been in the market for so long, they should know that is a VERY wrong thing to do....

i'm unhappy with them more then i dislike Eason for this

Eason's American-raised, he's so used to expressing his opinions. I mean, most of these HK stars are like that -- Nicholas, Edison, Daniel Wu, Stephen Fung -- they're all either American or Canadian raised, and so they're more opinionated.

I'm willing to bet that Eason never thought, in a million years, that his comments would end up resulting in such controversy when they were said in such a manner that was not meant at all to be disrespectful. In fact, he was more or less praising her.

I wonder why fans haf such a big reaction towards Eason and like nth towards grasshopper when they actually sounded worse than Eason. They even said they're the real stuff. Meaning ayu is?

I wonder if it is true..... I mean c'mon, Ayu had always been silent against any negative news about her. But judging that her response, I would say that Ayu really put a lot of effort into this....

Guys, I cannot control your efforts of going personal revenge against Eason. But bear in mind that if you wanna do it, do it in a formal way, not like a cyber-terrorist. How about we e-mailed to His recording company to voice out our protest?

Oh and by the way, something for you guys to share: about 2 or 3 years ago, Eason fell down from the stage during one of his live performances in Taiwan, and guess what, he broke one of his testicles! Well, it's just a leak, not the entire thingy burst or something.... and Taiwanese reporters send him a basket of chicken eggs! LOL

How about we say to him: "At least Ayu didn't fell down during her Taiwanese concert." ? That would be really cool!

i second that!!!! back when i heard that incident years ago, i had already disliked him, so i was actually thinking 'served him right!!!!' now will be te perefect chance for a sweet revenge!
