Thoughts on "fated" preview

Well... I don't really think she follows such a thing... I think that glitter and fated from the previews sound like fresh songs... They are just has the same genre (as some previous) pop and the other one mid-tempo rockish ballad because those are one of the genres ayu sings... You can't expect that ayu will fresh herself with new types like hip-hop or country music ^_^ lol.
It really depends what your favorite genres and therefor I think it doesn't bad but not so fresh for you...
But I don't think those compositions and arrangements are really repeated... they sound totally brand new ^_^.
I think that even ayu is good at not recycling older songs... She might've done it sometimes but almost rarely. Because it's a summer single most likely it will have popish song but the added song is not like wow we heard it already... and even the summer song is the same genre as fairyland and BLUE BIRD, and has summery lyrics and feeling (and most likely summery PV) but it's nothing like those previous songs, except for the song is popish and optimistic, if you get what I mean ... If ayu would recycle that much her fame wouldv'e gone to 0 sales (less than 90,000 for a release) because mainly Japanese like hot new changes and the recycling types I would say not their favorites.

Um.. sorry but where is the recycling of old sounds? This song sounds so different from anything Ayu would release.

For a while I had been agonizing for a ballad (since we didn't get one throughout the course of the year in 2006) and then "JEWEL" popped up and it was amazing (still is). I listened to the CM a few times but would not listen to the full song until the album came out and I am so glad I didn't because it seemed everyone just got sick of it by the time it came out and it deserves more than that. Anyways, then came "part of ME" - good but not like "JEWEL", and now this... It isn't too great now since I am yearning for another "is this LOVE?" but I know it isn't going to be a terrible song. Can't wait for the new single! I'm more excited for "glitter" though

I kinda like the song....and i played it on repeat last night for about 20 times...and it really sounds sad...but i can totally see Ayu being able to sing this song live...

the melody is different from her usual ballad, which is surprising...and from the trailer, it seems that the song has ended...which kinda disappoints me in a way because her vocals....they are very,,hmm...normal? i guess...lets hear the full wan thou

it sounds like todo to me...but eh, that's just me...

anyways, the song's REALLY pretty <3...i really hope the full version's like OMG! it sounds like it's gonna have a little bit of rock in it...not too much though...kinda like kiss o' kill, but not angry, as truehappiness so thoughtfully describes it =D

NO, ayu's voice is pretty angelic in there. I don't find any voices that actually can be better than that (at least for me).

I'm...interested. I'll probably listen to the preview a couple more times before the MP3 comes out. But right now I think it's just okay. I'll have to wait for the whole song anyway.

I like her voice. It fits the movie.

Instead of people thinking about what the songs she's making are for, they're judging her music based on their own perceptions of what genres should be.

I mean, look at people being all like "wtf is this rock ballad?!"
