Thoughts on 'glitter' PV

And I loved that PV. Ayu looked very naturally. My sister who does not like Ayu much liked the music and video as well to Glitter. For me, great video Go Ayu

okay the video is beyond a bad love story XD and I swear if she doesnt glue her eyes they will fall out of her head some day XD (they seem to get bigger and bigger)...but some how it was cute...I wished it would be an alternate version like Ai Otsukas yumekui ~Tokyo friends version~(which in that case was the better one^^)...and for the original glitter PV something like the in video (the one with the blue dress)

You can watch the PV on Youtube.com and Veoh.com. It's an okay PV, I've never seen Ayumi do something like it.

And I think she was so cold at the end because...it'll lead right into fated! The song's lyrics are kinda obvious, so I think the PV will be about how they aren't together, whereas glitter was them having fun mostly.

Somehow, I feel that the song didn't match the mood of the PV...

I had a real LOL when ayumi danced, and then the light fell,
and the dude was supposed to save her,
I felt like he kept shoving her head into his armpit,
and the very end was the best part, I laughed so hard, especially

I'm not too fixed in summer PVs. But I wanted something different and shaky.
When I didn't know anything about the new PV, I imaginated Ayu jumping and dancing in Hong Kong streets some night.

And some parts are with a glitter garden like JEWEL parts. It was sweet memories.

It's the official PV. I think you're confused between the PV and the short film. Ayu's making a short movie for glitter and fated, but it's too long to air on television during normal video rotation hours. MTV aired the condensed version of the short film, which is considered the PV

People aren't complaining because it's not a "beach PV". They're complaining because the way in which the scenes were put together was poor. Yes, we knew the storyline ahead of time, but with good directing and some tweaking of the storyline's placement, it would've been very fitting for the song.

"glitter" did not have to be set to a beach PV to have a fitting video.

Sorry, but is this regarding what I said or what freedreamer said? Because I agree with you. This doesn't have to be black and white. "Glitter" being a happy song doesn't automatically oblige it to be a beach PV. Like I said, it's a different kind of happy

YES! Shawn Yue is a pretty good actor, actually--I think he plays his part really well. I love Ayu, but she needs to stick to being a musician because her acting is not so great =\ I don't think she was very convincing--especially during those awkward scenes in which they're really close and she looks up at him. I'm sure her expression is intended to move the viewer, but I was reminded more of a very confused deer in the headlights. XD
