Software for ripping vids from YouTube
Does anyone have the name and link of a good program for ripping videos from YouTube to your harddrive? Hopefully something that is an accessible file type too...

I don't know about software to download but there's http://vixy.net/
As well as a couple of others you can find by just searching "youtube video downloads" in Google.

I use Free Music Zilla, which rips videos from YouTube and songs from Myspace, Esnips, and Imeem.
I'm such a pirate. XD

you can use www.downloadyoutubevideos.com . Just take the link & input it but you only can save it in flv format .

it does, i tried that ysd. But vixy.net doesnt work for me. After i dl'ed it, i opened the file, then my whole comp hanged for like a few seconds.
