I seriously hope that one day, the Japanese will leave the American singers out of the nominees.

And once again, I don't agree with them. My jaw just dropped when I saw the nominees for Best Female Video

To tell you the truth, the VMA's in american aren't American only. If so, artists like Rihanna and Avril Lavigne wouldn't have won VMA awards.

Hmm...I agree that the videos for the BFV are staler. Alicia Keys' video was the only one that was interesting and creative.

Yes, I agree.. And I voted for her even though I think the song is whiny

And yeah, of course you're right about that one too.. but let's just keep to English singing singers that are famous all aren't the world and are getting awards all over the world so they really already have enough attention and glory moments. In a way it would be nicer to have JAPANESE nominees in a JAPANASE award show and not the people who have done something specially for the Japanese or Chinese or the French, but just for fame.

Also, I still think the nominees are sucky but then again, I'm used to now when it comes to MTV... in a way, it's because the song was just a big hit, it has nothing to do with the creative eye-cathing video
