I'd say it's a little disappointing, but then haven't music sales been down / different in Japan for a while now? A few things need to be factored in - file-sharing online / leaks, competing artists that grab the attention of others... Still, considering the relatively low numbers of record sales here in the US I'd say that Ayu's numbers are still pretty good considering all those factors.
