I've kinda dropped the whole "gotta wait until I buy the single or get HQ!!" thing. I find that with great songs I'll be impressed regardless of what I've listened before. =p Like Mirrorcle World, Endless Sorrow and such still impress me hugely every now and then when I haven't listened to it for a while.

But when I listened to Marionette and (d)Lma for the first time I was like "umm ok IS THIS IT?!" but then later I started liking it a LOT. XD

The vocals for this song are absolutely terrible, I dread to see her sing this live <_<.

I liked everything else about it though, the arrangement is nice.

I have to agree~. And it sounds like they slowed down her voice or something. She just draaaags and drags.

I don't remember who composed, but tasuku only arranged

I was blown away by the song even in it's kinda crappy radio quality, so the 320 will be amazing. The PV better not screw up like Mirrorcle World

It won't, lol millions of yen spent just to shoot a MW quality film?...ishii will be throwing ayu's money into the sea and he himself should jump into the sea after that. (joking)

IMO since it's another huge production which will be used to be a single, Days/GREEN will be another JEWEL/1LOVE and i wonder how well-recieved it will be towards japan and how well it will do on the charts and sales wise.

I absolutely love this song~ I'm very glad I didn't listen to any previews of GREEN BEFORE hearing the full version. I am very impressed by this song. Lovely! I hope it gets performed at CDL this year. ^^

It has the Ayu feeling...that old feeling...just different in a way.

The LQ version doesn't do it justice. Everything will come out so much better in the HQ version...and now I can't wait for it.

Ballads aren't my style. But I think GREEN is a real masterpiece. It's got the composition of a complicated ballad, and the arrangement of an epic rock song. I'm glad Ayu's able to release this type of song in 2008. In 1998, she'd never be able to sing such a deep song.
Personally this song'll get old on me, and I wouldn't listen to it often. But heck, it's a unique and really well-made track, and a nice addition to Ayu's discography.

It's very pretty, but I think I'll like it better when I drive with it. Most of Ayu's traditonal-sounding songs always sound better to me when I'm driving in the car...especially when it's raining. And today it JUST so happens to be raining.

I can say though, that listening to it now...It's a very DIFFERENT sound compared to what Ayu normally sings. It has a simularity to [WILL]...but it's so much more ASIAN than that. And I like that a lot. I'm just having trouble with the flow of her voice and the lyrics...It's awkward a times, like it doesn't fit here---and it should go here, but it doesn't. It's kind of confusing but that's the vibe that I get from it now.

But I'm still going to be open-minded about the song. I've got to head out in the storm so after I listen to it in the car, I let you know how it sounded.

I first thought the instruments were just "cool"

But they are actually ... WOWWWW. I woke up at 5:30 and im just awake listening to the song.

The melody is so calm and mesmerizing

GREEN Intro sounds like "I am into jungle and going to hunt" more than Chinese style.

For me, it does remind 0.1% of Will. The intro 90% reminds me "I am in the jungle and going to hunt".
