On HMV JP you can order the normal edition too, I wish they can hurry up and tell us why there's limited and normal editions...

Yeah, maybe the idea is clear now.
Since for example Kingdom is still orderable in the CD+2DVD version and just the first press with the Black Cherry track isn't, it means that maybe the CD+2DVDs are unlimited (maybe except for BEST ~ss~ that was really limited), just the bonus tracks are (and in TRICK's case also the photobook?).

that time when the limited edition of her Black Cherry DVD was released , it was the same case where the LE's more cheaper than the RE

CDJapan's shipping charges are more expensive than HMV Japan

the downside for HMV Japan's that you only have EMS for shipping option while for CDJapan , at least you can choose 4 different options

EMS is faster than the other options CDjapan provides though..plus their EMS is cheaper than CDjapans. Like HMV's EMS rates are almost the same price as CDjapan's AIRMAIL rates <__<. Both websites have their good and bad points.

The photobook was only included in the CD+2DVD version of Kingdom. So it's counted as limited edition.

Black Cherry was also a limited edition bonus track.

The first press bonus would be the poster.
