Interesting fact about the song 'Memorial address'

Ayu's 'Memorial address' is in fact a COVER SONG taken off the band called 'LOVER SOUND TRACK'. The band is seldom noticed, and the original song has more of a lively feel instead of the sentimental theme conveyed in Memorial address. The original song's title is '»jµï' (or 'Spider' in english) which is included in LOVER SOUND TRACK's single released this February.

If you notice on the site, it has this little tidbit on it:

Sorry, it's my mistake to call it a cover song.
I meant that 'Memorial address' and 'Spider' share the same piece of music composed by tetsuya yukumi. And that's the only thing the two songs have in common. Apart from that, the songs got different arrangements, lyrics.

After reading some posts from their BBS, I found out that both memorial address and angel's song are composed by Tetsuya Yukumi from Love Sound Track....So i think they own those songs. Many record companies look for songs from different resources.

If you click the cover image on this page, you can hear a small part of the song which sounds like Memorial Address, although like stated above, the 2 songs are composed by Tetsuya Yukumi.
