^I'm not too fond of it either. And the hood makes it even more awful looking, in the way that it looks like his hair was that long. lol

I don't understand what would be so bad about an animated PV. It's not like it's only scenes from the Yattaman anime, but Arashi animated. (Right?) So there went some work into it. (Animated Ohno, kawaii~! )
Two versions are even better, though. ^^

It's been confirmed that an animated version of the PV and a live action version of the PV is being made. ^^ Looks like we'll have two versions after all!

ok so the animated Believe PV will be available for an online purchase only , I wonder why J Storm decided to make 2 different PVs for the same song ?

& omg yes Kaori , Nino's hairdo's now's & Ohno looks better now

not as fierce & scary looking as during the Maou era

^ I think that maybe an animated PV is a must, since the movie is a live action adaptation of the Yatterman anime after all. They need to have an animated PV to show with the theme song itself - to sell the movie. And Arashi fans wouldn't want an animated PV of Believe with animated characters. Hence the live action version PV with the members - to sell Arashi's single. In short, it's a marketing strategy.

Physical CD sales are dropping every year so I guess J Storm steps in very early before this problem happened to combat this movement

well since it's said that the animated version of Believe will be available for download/purchase via online only , guess it's safe to say the PV that will be found in the DVD of the single will be live action

ok...all these sources are saying LIVE-ACTION. which could mean 2 things: Live-Action Yatterman or just a plain old PV.

The animated PV for Arashi's next single, "Believe," is a collaboration with animation studio Tatsunoko. The collaboration is linked to the upcoming live-action movie based on Tatsunoko's "Yatterman" franchise, which stars Arashi member Sho Sakurai and uses "Believe" as its theme song.

In the music video, each of the five Arashi members will "transform" into a character from a different Tatsunoko series. Sakurai will obviously take on the role of Yatterman No. 1. The other shows being used are "Yattodetaman" (Kazunari Ninomiya), "Time Bokan" (Satoshi Ohno), "Otasukeman" (Masaki Aiba), and "Zenderman" (Jun Matsumoto).

The "Yatterman" movie opens on March 7. "Believe" goes on sale as a CD single on March 4, the same day the PV becomes available through media site Dwango. A live-action music video for "Believe" is also being made.

my younger sister said that if the covers for both CD + DVDs are nice , she will consider to buy the OS presses of both
