forever 21 is a korean-american owned company, which kinda explains the promotion :-\ next thing we know boa will be on Lost, which was written/created/whatever by koreans (korean-americans?), lol.
but its still kinda cool. but they need to promote her on the east coast...seriously...NYC is just as important as LA... I feel like theyre just marketing her to the asian population.

^ i'm glad i wasn't the only on feeling that. Though I assume it's a shared feeling amongst others? Dunno. But seriously, they should go to major cities all over the US: LA, San Fran, Houston, Dallas, Miami, Boston, NYC, Chicago, etc. Just going to Cali is useless. And just marketing to the Asian's is useless too. It's nice that they're doing that, but they shouldn't JUST do that. It's really frustrating. bah.
but the black and white pictures are very korean, i agree to whoever said that  she looks so cute

BoA's album should be leaking soon. Albums usually leak a day or so prior the release, right? I've listened to the previews like a maniac and I just want to listen to the album already.

ugh. someone posted it on boajjang and when i went to go to the post it was deleted. mods won't allow to post leaks there either. LAME
lol i'm sorry but i can't help but laugh at this message they posted: "If you are caught leaking the album to members you will be suspended from BoAjjang. No ifs, ands, or buts. The best things in life are worth waiting for."

OMG, that sucks! I can't believe it leaked this early. Hope it gets posted somewhere soon. I'll try to listen to it once when it does, then buy it at the stores when it's released. From what I read, they only have a few copies in stories. WTF is up with that?

^ when hikki's "Exodus" came out, i went on the very first day it was released and wanted to buy it, but they hadn't even put it out yet, while the other "new releases" were already out. the person had to go in the back of the store and 15 minutes he came out with it and said "i've never even heard of her" haha...and i don't think there were very many copies

Stores buy depending on demand. If they don't expect a large demand for it, they won't stock a large amount for them. lol if they stock it at all.
I think that they were marketing to Asians too. Soompi, allkpop are Asian focused. They were hosting contests for buying her album. That club event at Rage was during an Asian night. Kalloboration was more a celebration of all things Asian than anything else. Her newest photoshoot with Asiance is an Asian focused magazine. Ningen is a community geared towards Asians. She was mentioned at the Hollywood Reporter because they are doing an Asian special event. So yeah you're weren't imagining it. They really were targeting Asians.
