The only real probable answer is that they want everything out by March 31st and simply ran out of time to properly do everything. All this releasing with every artist makes me think they are having a problem with their investors and so they are trying to raise as much profit as they can for this financial year (end March 31) so they can give those investors more intensive to stay around.
