To Kendelle
Thanks for your suggestions. I change the first two lines like this. Lately you may not be able to find your rhythm, somehow You may feel you are uncool As for the other part, how about this? You may wonder if this is an adult And what you often imagined in your childhood or You may wonder, "Is this an adult? Is this what I often imagined in my childhood?" And do you think "when you were a child" is preferable to "in your childhood"? To jon the d Dakara tte wake ja naku te Nageyari nanka ja naku te Actually, these are the most difficult lines to translate, because the meaning is not so obvious even in the original Japanese lyrics. So here is my interpretation. She wants to give some advice to a person whose life isn't going well now. And before doing this she is saying these words. -- "I want to say something to you. But it's not because you are in bad situation just now." And I feel like changing the English word for 'nageyari'. How about this? But I say something to you, not because so I don't want you to be in resigned mood Last edited by devilayu; 6th April 2009 at 08:03 AM. |
