I'm basing it on A Complete which was certified triple platinum even though recorded sales was quite above 750k. Even Mirrorcle World which sold almost 200k on oricon was certified gold (for 100k copies) so it seems like they shipped too much this time. But good point about the other albums having much higher shipping figures than oricon figures. Maybe technology is better and they are compiling sales from more stores compared to years ago.

Looks like they've usually been overshipping a little. But I think we should give NL more time. Its sales are pretty steady, it might be out of the Top 10 soon but I think it will take a long time to drop from the charts completely

Oh man sorry about that. Anyway, i think it's better to show the talk you know. Like Blue Bird sold above 250k and was certified platinum whereas MW didn't seem to have the sales to show for it. But who knows, maybe all the copies were really snapped up. My friend claimed to have had difficulty finding it for me in Japan.
