Actually sakihokoru = to bloom fully, also it can mean stand in beauty / splendour
but 誇 in this word is a part of - hoko-ri(ru) - pride(to be proud)
while saki - itself still save meaning "to bloom fully"
so I guess that means "you bloom fully and proudly"??
well, it just making stronger, like you're not blooming fully but also you stand in beauty so everyone see this. I guess this was really transformed from old times, Ayu sometimes uses things that are not in use in Japan now, like writing of "wakaru" in some of her songs
