well, a moderator at ayuchina manage to get contact with the taiwan side publisher.
According to the taiwan publisher, Avex Japan had collected the money from the taiwan publisher and the Japan publisher for the copyrights for the chinese/japanese edition, so it's confirmed that the chinese edition and japanese version won't be cancel.
But the release date is still not confirm, they are still waiting for the Japan side.

seems that japan is having problems, maybe it's because of the english version that they were planning? why is it taking soooo long, or do they have translating problems????
