I agree with it doesn't live up to it's title. She kinda missed the boat with the whole circus thing. Maybe if she through some clowns and piñatas into the artwork concept maybe it would be more 'circusy'. But she's obviously didn't do that since everybody's been doing that, Britney Spears and Kuu just did it last year and I'll bet anyone $20 Lady gaga's next album is gonna be called "The Fame Circus."
