I have no idea. I just read that they offer complete information for a high price and that there are companies that make use of it.

I'm guessing it's not just for the total sales information, but also for a lot of other business-y things that I have no knowledge of : P

Interesting xD I only thought they offer complete lists to Oricon subscribers, cuz regular users can't see more than top 10.
