crossroad at CDJapan

Hi guys!

I'm a bit worried right now.
I've just looked into my "Order History" at CDJapan and my "crossroad CD+DVD"-version is still not shipped (it's in shipping process).
I don't understand why, because normally CDJapan ships the things away on the release date (so today!).

Did somebody else ordered at CDJapan and faces the same problem??

Could it be it's in a lot in which you ordered a future item? Like L perhaps? Because if so it'll ship later on.

Actually! CDJapan usually ships things the day before the release date, or two-three days before, depending on the shipping sometimes. Two-three days ago, I believe, it was a long weekend (public holiday) in Japan. I'm aware of this because late last night (here in Europe) the CDJapan person who tweets mentioned that he wasn't there the day before because of the public holiday.

No, I've ordered both singles separately, BECAUSE I wanted to get "crossroad" quicker!

And yes, I know about the earlier shipping. I got "Rock*n*Roll Circus" two days before the actual release day!

That's also the reason why I'm so worried and confused! If they don't ship it tomorrow, I'll write them a mail, because it doesn't seem like other people have this problem too!

That's really strange, there was a public holiday this weekend (in Japan) but your order should have been shipped out two days ago after it ended. Maybe they sent it out but forgot to update your order? Definitely send them an email about this, they're quick about that stuff so you should a recieve an answer within the next 24 hours.

I'd say even within two hours if you email them when you're sure the guy is in the office.

If you have twitter you can also try to ask the guy there; he's a real sweetheart, I speak to him frequently, and he's very helpful in answering any questions and looking into things right away for you.

Yes, I also thought that they maybe just forgot to update the order status. The strange thing is that the the single appears in my order history twice - one time in "open orders" and the second time in "items shipped in the last three months".

Mhm, I'll send them a mail tomorrow (if things don't change!). CDJapan's services is always great. They're very friendly, helpful and answer mails very quickly. So I'm not worried about this, just a bit confused about my order!

^Really? That definitely sounds like a tech issue then, your order probably was shipped out. But it never hurts to make sure.

today,23 sept is japan public holiday.so,assume they will reply/update you on 24th
