I also hope for a World tour someday!!

She would need heaps of international promotion, maybe releasing her works internationally, and having an international TA at least!!!

btw, she is replying tweets in English A LOT lately!

^^ I'm not really thinking it's budget, it's how they'd advertise and sell. I know people would go ... how many, I have no idea. The logistics of working it out so Avex definitely profit is near impossible unless they knew a rough idea of how many would buy tickets. Creating an international TA would solve that, but again..they haven't worked that out yet either.

Also yeah, I've seen alot of english tweets lately Made my day.

A lot of English today, but for a while there was very little.

I worry about that too. There are lots of us here on AHS, but we are still a small number. Like if she had a concert where I live like 5 AHS members would show, lol.

Yeah, maybe there's a lot fans of Ayu here. But they still cant fill up every seats in a stadium. If there'll be ITA, they'll know how many people could buy the tickets. But then, they'll end up canceling the World Tour if they see the numbers.

I hope not!!!

I can't see them doing anything except small venues. They couldn't fill up anything else.

Smaller venues would be the only way really..especially if she includes places like Spain and England in her World Tour, which I can imagine she would.

Almost definite sell-out sales if they advertise it right, plus they'd have people buying all the merchandise because it'd probably be the first experience of actually being able to buy it physically instead of over the internet.

Its hard for me to imagine Ayu playing a small venue though.

^ Indeed, which is hard for me to imagine her doing a successful World Tour...or even consider it.

But we can always dream. ~

^ imagine the intimate atmosphare! Probably none of the Japanese could get something like that!
Again don't kill me for using this as an example, but I guess it would be simmilar to Gackt. Which was a great success. But maybe because of the fact that j-rock is spreading really fast in western world.
Bringing something so spectacular like the concerts Ayu does, would cost a fortune for the label and for the fans to pay for tickets, which probably would be a fail and won't get all the big venues full, so, smal places with a simple performing would be the best i guess. And yeah people spend money on merch for sure XD I've already witnesed some spending over 100euros for that at the concert xD

Don't give up hope yet. I just finished translating S Cawaii (scans will be up soon) and they asked her this:

Quote:
If it's possible that you could hold a live for 1 million fans, or a live for just 1 fan, which would you choose?
The live for 1 fan. Because I've done nothing but Arena Tours, I'd want to do a one-on-one live in a Hall.

While big arenas are prolly out of the question, smaller venues for 500-1000 people should be alright. She could pretty much do the same thing GACKT did.

I really hope for asmall venue world tour, like Limited TA Tour, it was such a nice tour, and if she only helds one or 2 concerts in Europe I am sure fans will travel from all countries in Europe to see her. At least I whould, I know i wasn´t in London, but the time was too short, a concert you can plan better because you know it waaay before it happens.

I doubt Avex would put the calendar with the limited Love Songs packaging considering the same people that would buy that uber expensive package would also pay for seperate for a overexpensive calendar too, no questions.

I would love a smaller concert anyway, it'd make things more intimate and special in my opinion. just ayu and a small stage singing out her feelings is enough for me. actually, I'd prefer if she didn't even bring her dancers along.
