I think you got a little mixed up. Virgin Road has always been about the future ayu. The song which is about the past ayu is crossroad. There are a couple of interviews when she talked about both, so maybe you got mixed up there?

Not sure on any of those, especially when they are separated from Max (in New Zealand) by over 7,000 miles...

I thought that! So I read again and again those interviews, and I thought that I was misunderstanding something..
(My english level isn't so wonderful as Í would desire xD)
