Namie Or Ayumi

Who do you like personally I think theyre both really good, but I would have to pick ayu because most of her songs have meaning compared to namies some do but not as many as asyu imo whats yours?

Yes I did put hamasaki I tend to do that sometimes...

I don't really like much of Namie's recent work, STYLE was OK... but ALARM? Blegh. I prefer her older works. Whereas with Ayumi, I find that I've enjoyed everything produced so far. So, Ayu, for sure.

EW! Haters! Namie is #1 in my heart, i don't care if she sings about shoelaces and mud, she'd still sound good. She can dance and still sing decent at the same time. She's had a child and she's still hot. Her fashion style is trendy and cool. Her old songs are all classics, i mean, what more is there to say about Amuro. Even though this is an Ayu forum at least 2 people prefer Amuro, and more like the two singers equally.

i like namie....but i dont listen to her that often....i usually just listen to rock and ayu is the only other jpop singer i listen to a lot now......i used to love jpop tho^^ still do...

I think it's not that important if you like one of them or both.
Even if it's said that they can't stand each other I don't really care about this.
Actually I like both but this time Namie's styl fits better with my own way of live.

I love both!! I'm really into Ayu, but I am a dance fanatic, so I'm really into Namie for her dancing. SO I actually listen to Namie and watch her PVs more than I do Ayus. But you can bet that if Namie stopped dancing, I wouldn't be into her anymore.

Although I like Namie's new and old stuff... Ayu has more of an impact on me... Also Ayu's music is less goofy...
