Dream ON is truly awful...

It randomly played on my iTunes after the masterpiece known as "ourselves" and I just realized "Wow, this song is really, really, REALLY bad!"

I'm actually embarrassed for Ayu. Dated production (late 90's/early 2000's American faux-R&B), weak vocals (along with random grunting and whispering), insipid lyrics (not to mention terrible use of the English language), and a boring PV that's trying waaaay too hard. What I really can't fathom is how she actually chose to attach her name as a "producer" for this project and actually take pride in it! I think Dream ON is one of her largest career missteps and I really hope Urata and especially Ayu can redeem themselves with "ANother song"

I like it, but I readily admit that it is an awful song. It's like her "Me Against The Music" (Naoya being her Britney. ).

I don't think the use of English is "terrible," though. It isn't ~amazing, but it makes sense--both grammatically and in its placement in the song.

I like it, it always puts me in a good mood listening to it. The whole collab was just really cute to me. It's obviously not her style but I don't know how to explain why I like it lol.. it's like cutefail with the Engrish and the PV. I don't take it seriously.

I like the song, but I don't think it is a "good" song either. It's because I kind of have a soft spot for cheesy early 90s sounding music. I like the song "A" too.

It's not a great song by any stretch of the imagination, but it's not too bad to listen to now and then. Let's face it... It's no "Gut it Pez" (as much as i still LOVE rapper Ayu lol)

The song to me is between "okay" and horrible, but I don't mind listening to it and singing to it at times xD

On the other hand, the pv is horrible, embarrassing, gross, etc I hate everything about it So glad it isn't an ayu pv lol
