Well, I'm assuming the best in the person who said that and going to say that maybe they meant that cultural differences can be a factor in a marriage. Especially when you get married after only knowing someone for a few months.

Right, but the reason she gave us is completely valid and reasonable. I think it's silly to doubt her about this.

well obviously, looking at the strict marriage tradition in Japanese history, a woman must be a full-time wife to serve her husband, therefore she can't have too much work as she used to have. (maybe...)

I'm feeling shocked and sad now.. I really wanna see Ayu in a happy marriage and life. I dun think Mannie is that bad or anything. I was hoping that Ayu can have a good man beside her so I thought it'll be Mannie. Oh gosh.. Now I can only hope Ayu's life after divorce will be better, whether or not she's gonna get married or be single, I'll support her all the way!!
