Really? I usually see that they have at least a few. But yes, their main focus is idol groups.

Saitama (and Yokohama) are both basically part of the greater Tokyo area. They are not that far. So, most people actually consider those concert dates as Tokyo concert dates. (venue wise they are much better than Yoyogi too)
