About song descriptions, though I love MOON, i wonder why that person has to compare THREE songs to MOON..i mean, MOON itself, to me, is awesome and has that classic Ayu sound all over. If it means anything like that, then im totally stoked for them. Im sure Ayu wont be lame enough to have 3 similar sounding songs together.

I totally wanna hear Return Road already omgosh...it's been so long since Microphone since there's a powerful rock song. I can't wait!!!!!!

This album is shaping up to be stellar already...dont play around when Ayu brings in LEOPARD PRINTS!

Maybe it's not a accurate interpretation from the listener... I remember that before Virgin Road was released, some people compared it to HEAVEN, which we know is wrong now (well, it depends).

yea that was true. Maybe that person really loves MOON hahaha! seeing how other reviews talk about the interesting melody makes me relly anticipate so much. Ayu always get me on my feet when I know there's gonna be darker, sadder, rock flavours

NaNaNa - dance track with a lot of English like Ladies Night, flows well from Party queen

Shake It♥ - erotic lyrics were surprising, very exciting with an intense rock sound

taskebab - Cool track, can see Yocchan playing it

call - medium ballad with a MOON/monochrome-esque atmosphere, self deprecating lyrics?

Letter - medium ballad, may change when performed live with a very relaxed atmosphere

reminds me - bears a resemblance to Duty. Dark, tough, serious and powerful rock tune.

Return Road - This is a godly song. Lyrics have divorce as a theme. Reminiscent of Free&Easy and kiss o' kill with organs/strings/chorus/piano.

Tell me why - Medium rock tune. Same atmosphere as Last angel, perhaps? Unique beat as well.

the next LOVE - Becomes fast in the end, jazz taste with a feel of the autumn season

Eyes, Smoke, Magic - Introduction has a clown laughing... very weird. Overall, a very light pop track.

Ayu seems to have been thinking of the divorce for a while. I am loving how the album is pretty rockish.

Yeah that was a thank-you to her mother mostly, but it was about wedding too.
She was thanking her mother for taking good care of her, and telling her she found someone who will take care of her for the rest of her life.

Nops... the song was promoted as a wedding song since the begining, way before we had even a chance to listen to it, once L tracklist was announced. Also, even if the song is dedicated to her mother, it's pretty clear on the lyrics that she was talking to her mother cuz she was going to get married...

Misa-chan at that time translated a magazine interview where Ayu said that Virgin Road was a song of grateful feelings for everything and in particular for her mother. it is so in the chorus, btw, 'thank you for everything...." (Ayu & Mannie at the time of L release were not going to get married, lol. knowing that the lyrics were written even earlier, it was certainly not a purpousedly marriage-themed)

Yeah, it's a song where she is thanking her mother for taking care of her and saying that now she knew a guy who will take care of her from now on, that she will share her life with. A guy who loves her and accept her the way the is, who reminds her of her father (what can sound a little creepy, but common sense always tell us we fall in love with someone who has a similar personality of our father/mother). She is thanking her mom for everything cuz now she is getting married ^~

It doesn't matter if she met Mannie or not at that time, on the same way Nagase didn't die for her to write Heaven for example, and this doesn't change the fact that Virgin Road was announced by Avex as her first wedding song... far before we even heard the song or knew about the PV...
