Annoyed by Timmy...

Thinking of CDL 2011-12, I find it soooo ironic. In encore everyone was asked to talk about his New Year wishes, and Timmy said something like... he wants to dance well, like moving his body well?! Now that's why there are these insane NaNaNa and Shake It PVs. LOL

I just got through listening to Eyes, Smoke, Magic and the next LOVE and I loved both of them. I really disliked the previews but I'm glad I gave them another chance. Go Timmy! (as a composer)

I dont have a problem with his vocal. I dont want ayu to give up good PVs just to feature his weird lanky dancing and man skirt in it. NaNaNa would of been better if they didnt have ayu standing with Timmy in the middle bit. They could of continued with walking and show more of those things the camera goes to outside the group walking

I feel like the over exposure of her dancers or back up singers is one thing. They put in a lot of years with ayu to make it that far. But Timmy came out of nowhere and is now involved in every aspect of ayu's career and it is a little off putting. It feels like "what has he done to earn that place?"

BRILLANTE is one of the best songs Ayu's ever done. I like Timmy's rap on NaNaNa. I'm not too keen on the jazz numbers, but they're fun and different. I wish he weren't warbling on Return Road. I find his personal style to be interesting, and I thought he was funny in the Shake It PV.

I think, sometimes people are overreacting too much. I mean, when he started working with Ayu? It's been 2-3 years (I think, I'm not sure about that) and people talking like he's around since forever.

Overall, Timmy is a good singer and I liked his compositions so far. But in some songs his voice was totally unnecessary and forced. Return Road choirs are crap compared to hbya and BRILLANTE ones imo. They kinda ruin that gorgeous song.

People always complain she need to do something new, and when she try 'omg dat sucks bring back old Ayu again'. I'm ok if someone don't like him, but it's annoying to read 350 pages of Timmy-hate.

I'm not saying you are, but this sounds like a reason someone who is jealous would give. Jealousy turns into anger, and it gets ugly. I don't mind his presence. I like BRILLANTE; Party Queen and How beautiful you are are ok. Who knows, if he contributes to Ayu's next album, he might come up with something more impressive; maybe getting to know Ayu better will give him a new sense of direction, and that'll inspire some new ideas. Who knows. There are endless possibilities for composers, and he might just have it. Even great composers compose bad songs from time to time. As for the music videos ... they're just so bad and tacky that his absence wouldn't improve them. I couldn't ever feel hostile towards someone for their relation to a famous person I like. He got a job. He might have got a friend. Said employer or friend wants to include him in more than one aspect of her career. It's her choice to offer it, his choice to accept it. I'm not saying you (or anyone for that matter) has to like it, but cut the guy some slack. He doesn't really deserve it.
