Yep. Say the 300th highest selling album on Oricon had 1000 sales in the week, Party Queen could have anything up to 999 copies sold in that week but they wouldn't be counted.

Are they ever going to update Party Queen's total sales or no?

They won't count sales if they're not in the top 300 for a week, so I'm assuming the only way anymore sales will be counted is if it gets into the top 300 again (unlikely).
Sadly they most likely won't. I also think this will have at least passed 150k.

(edit: Oricon is pretty **** at recording accurate sales when you think about it lol)

I'm not very sure why so much money is invested in Ayu's PVs. For R&R circus, I thought the PVs were fabulous but for nanana, snowy kiss etc.. they could be shot at any random location for all it's worth. It's sort of like the John Carter film, throwing in a lot of money with the end product not turning out that great.
