It's not a ballad. +1
I like the techno part at the beginning, and the beat overall. It's a bit cheesy sounding, though... don't really care for the whoa whoa whoas part. Mm... I think it'll go in my "forgettable" pile after I get over my "I'm just SO GLAD it's not a ballad" feeling. XD
