Guess they charge 5,000 Yen to signify their 5th anniversary ? Since for last month's WISH 4U AFTER PARTY , you have to pay 5,555 Yen for each ticket haha

Yeah 5 is a very symbolic number for them this year & also last year too xD

Cos 5 is pronounced as Go in Japanese & last year they released GO which's their overall 5th studio album x)

Which means that all the material that's included in BREAKERZ BEST ~SINGLE COLLECTION~ have underwent remastering so the sound quality & basically the whole package will sound better , clearer & more up to date

staff member mi updated the staff blog today & mi wrote that everyone including mi him/herself (?) , AKIHIDE , SHINPEI , the group's stylist mizzy all went to see DAIGO last night on the 1st night when the Nazotoki wa Dinner no Ato de stageplay opened

Nazotoki wa Dinner no Ato de stageplay will go on at Tokyo's Galaxy Theatre in Tennozu until next Sun

And mi being comical as usual ... ~_~

Tokyohive - DAIGO appears at press conference for stage play ‘Nazotoki wa Dinner no Ato de’



On August 31st, the stage play version of “Nazotoki wa Dinner no Ato de” (runs until September 9) starring singer and talent DAIGO (34) opened at Tennozu GALAXY THEATRE in Tokyo. Before the play opened, he appeared at a press conference with his costars Nishiyama Maki (26) and Wentz Eiji (26).

DAIGO, who plays the invective butler Kageyama stated, “The teamwork between the three of us is wonderful. I would like to start activities as theatre unit ‘DNW,’ from our initials.” Wentz responded to this by revealing a behind-the scenes moment, “This is why he asked me ‘Is the first letter for Wentz W?’.” Nishiyama, who is in a steady relationship with actor Saotome Taichi (20), was asked about her fight with Saotome in May, a weak point in their relationship. She responded to the question “Do you guys fight after dinner?,” with a bitter smile as she stated, “Our fights are not limited to after dinner and we always reconcile, though we keep repeating this pattern. We are a bit childish.”

When my friend told me about this , I was really stoked because honestly , I was quite 1/2 hearted in preordering BREAKERZ BEST ~SINGLE COLLECTION~ from HMV Japan , especially since I have the guys's entire discography so it didn't really seem that much of an incentive for me :x

Also it's not really helping matters that I have quite a lot of stuff that I will be buying next month too so -_-

Thankfully now that it has been confirmed a Taiwan press will be made for BREAKERZ BEST ~SINGLE COLLECTION~ , I feel somewhat relieved xD as cost wise , this will be more reasonable for me to buy <3

Forward Music Taiwan didn't state on their official forum boards when they will release BREAKERZ BEST ~SINGLE COLLECTION~ (2 CDs + 2 DVDs limited edition type A) in Taiwan but I guess the release date should be 26th Oct .

Judging from the time duration Forward Music Taiwan took to make the Taiwan press / CD + DVD A edition of both Miss Mystery & Overwrite / Nounai Survivor , it wouldn't surprise me if I will be right on this x)

So DAIGO is recently active performing in commercials and in theater. He is as always very busy and his latest commercial is for the drink "Slat" , which is advertised as the drink "for you who works so hard". Let's see how he caters to the audience with it.

DAIGO: Asahi's "Slat" has come out in a new flavour! There is Ice Tea Sour & Crushed Orange! It's really delicious. Also the "Slat Happy Maker" is currently available! "An up-lifting present from me to you, who always works so hard." Try it.

The "Slat Happy Maker" is a little online game, which is meant to reward the player with up-lifting comments from DAIGO according to the gathered points.

Fan1: I drank it! It is really delicious!

DAIGO: @Fan1 Right? Thank you! \(//∇//)

Fan2: As a middle school student, what am I supposed to do...?

DAIGO: Please just drink normal ice tea.

In Japan people are allowed to drink when they are 20 years or older. So DAIGO is taking some responsibility here. Btw. before playing that game, you are asked whether you are over 20 years or age, because it recommends a "Slat" flavour to you as well.



Anyway, since DAIGO is responsible here, we hope he is also responsible when it comes to his work in theater...
