Gotta post pics(camera's dead -_-), but I was out in Markham, ON today and I found an Asian store that carries nothing but legitimate Japanese and Korean music CDs, DVDs, movies and magazines. (I checked each item every time I picked something up)
Anyways, bought the CD+DVD of Ayu's Love Songs and VIVI March 2013 issue.

They had a good wide selection though. Making me feel tempted to move over to that area. LOL

A LOT of artists. Don't remember the name but go to the Pacific Mall. It's the very first store on your left when you first walk in. They were the only store I found in there NOT carrying bootlegged Asian entertainment items.

I know that one... they have mainly HK press ayu cds.
I went there and they had every album I wanted, OS press. It was worse than stepping on legos.

... unless they restocked or something.

Whats wrong with OS Presses? As long as theyre legitimate releases, why does it matter? Most of my collection is made up of OS Presses. The JPN Presses are just too damn expensive.

Some of the CDs were cracked in the first place, so that was a no no.
also, about OS presses, it's just that I see the OS presses as "not as official"
oh and some sites said that the sound quality was slightly less superior. being a quality-o-phile, i just cant settle with slightly less, even though that slightly less is unnoticeable to the average person.

but thanks for the information anyway! I always go to that store whenever I go to PMall. Maybe one day i'll buy that JPN press ayu remix CD...

^I didnt see any cracked when i went in there... As for OS Presses I can understand. However to me as long as they're released by the official company like avex, Sony Music etc it doesn't bother me. It's the OS Presses which people in like Singapore and HK buy in their stores anyways. Just like people in Japan probably buy the JPN Versions of American singer's albums.
And now that Hikki's officially releasing her albums in Canada (aside from 1st 3) I've been buying her albums in my local HMV when they come out.

I hope that it wasnt yours. But one album was so damaged that it was just sad.

I think I may buy A Classical in OS press just because I dont want to spend money on that album. did they have A Classical there? they say that they get the album about a week after the release.

I saw 2 copies of A Classical there. However i had already gotten my copy, so I didn't buy it. I still wanna get a bunch more stuff. However I wish there was a store closer to me which i could run into every month and grab the new VIVI issue.

I cant read Chinese, so no point in buying anything but the Japanese. I've been doing a lot more studying in Japanese and one of my best friends I see frequently is originally from Osaka, so she speaks it fluently, which helps a lot too.

I must admit though that despite price, if I was ever in Japan with a large amount of cash I'd go nuts in one of their music stores.

And im the same way. Im gonna go to NYC's book off soon with a **** load of cash and just go wild. Gonna fill in my ayu cd collection. Oh yeah.

Wow! I cant afford to go down to the US. Last and ONLY time I've been there was in Newark last year to go see 2NE1's New Evolution concert. I had saved up a ton of money from over a year and just spent a large majority of it to get first rate seats (3rd row ) and then took the train down.

Anyways, I have every Ayu album and concert DVD plus the A Clips Box, so I'm happy with my Ayu collection at this point. I dont buy singles. However there are some other artists I need some stuff from.

^i was gonna buy that mobile phone sticker. Just is it 9cm from top to bottom? Because of the size of the camera thing on my Galaxy S2 phone i can't go past 8 to 8.5cm at absolute max without having to trim the sticker.

that worries me... just to show, but this is back of mine at the moment. I cant cover the camera....

I'm just not sure it'll fit. Also if it covered the speaker, how well would i be able to hear it?...
I measured n from just bottom of the camera down to the yellow piece is 8cm and it's 5.5cm wide from side to side.
I'm possibly considering getting the Ayu strap cleaner, 2 stickers, mirror set instead. The stickers only measure 7.7cm and 8.4cm in height.
