The thing is that fans seem more worried about her sales that Ayu herself lol She is the best selling solo singer and by far !! 100K more or 100 K less copy I don't think it's a big deal for her !

And she is in NY/LA for work not for fun just for say ^^

edit: One good exemple IMO Ayu with Again (4 songs) has sold 34 K first week a lot of fans complain Ayu is definitly over, I am afraid for fututre releases etc... Kumi with Colors the cover (11 songs ?)has sold 33 K first week we don't hear the fans say anything !

Exactly right. And even then, she scored two #1's with the 5 month campaign release. Completly unintentional with the 8th being the set date and often without even a full week of sales. This stands for something.

Tour's going to be big. "15th anniversary lives", Japan will lap them up based on her tours getting bigger and bigger every year and this being a sentimental tour controlled by the fans. She does more dates now than she's ever done in the past. Why? Demand! $$$. Sales from CDs - much less $$$ for both avex and ayu unless her albums and singles shift significant units. Remember that royalties for each CD sale go to the composers/arrangers, so LOVE again's sales aren't generating much income for either Avex or Ayu. These concerts? Much bigger slice of profit for all involved.

I wouldn't be surprised if Ayu does a more substantial 2nd leg of the tour in September/October. It's quite amazing that her tours are getting longer with more demand but sales are down.
